Put the tomato cubes with the water and the soup in a large soup pot. Stir well with a whisk and cook for 13 min.

Meanwhile, cut the spinach coarsely, add the last 5 min. In parts to the soup and let it shrink. Add the salsa, stir well.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the veg balls in 5 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut open the sandwiches, divide the balls and salsa over them and serve immediately with the soup.
