A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken broth, ginger root (cleaned), lime (squeezed), Japanese soy sauce and chili powder.

Directions

  1. Bring the stock to the boil with the piece of ginger root and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the ginger and season the stock with lime juice and soy sauce.
  3. Stir in chilli powder to taste.
  4. Bring: Heat a thermos by pouring in boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes.
  5. Discard the water and pour the hot stock into the thermos..
