A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, tuna on water (about 185 g), tomato puree, mayonnaise, yogurt, Provençal herbs (freeze-dry, jar of 18 g), garlic, roast chicken fillet (meat products) and ciabatta (bread).

Directions

  1. Drain and mix tuna with tomato puree, mayonnaise, yoghurt and herbs.
  2. Squeeze out garlic.
  3. Season the mousse with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread chicken fillet in a fan shape over four plates.
  5. Baste tuna mousse.
  6. Garnish with mspoint herbs.
  7. Serve with bread..
