Prepare the gazpacho according to the instructions on the package. Season with the oil, pepper and salt. Put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Mexican variant: cut the avocado into cubes and drizzle with lime juice. Wash the shrimp and pat dry.

Slice the coriander. Serve the avocado, shrimp and coriander in separate containers with the soup to add to your own taste.

Spanish variant: cut the bell pepper into cubes, the spring onions in rings and the chorizo in strips.

Put in separate containers and serve with Tabasco with the soup to add to your own taste.
