Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Spoon the shrimps into a bowl and stir in the cajun spices.

Cut the sheets of filo pastry into quarters and brush with butter. Always carefully press 2 filo pastry sheets into the muffin trays. Bake the trays in the oven in approx. 15 minutes until crispy. Allow to cool.

Scoop the flesh out of the avocados and mix with the crème fraîche, lime juice, coriander and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp in a high setting for about 5 minutes.

Put the avocado cream in the filo boxes, put the shrimps on top and sprinkle with a little coriander.
