Tropical bibber

A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: tropical fruit mix in light syrup (439 g), oil to grease, pudding powder (Trixy) and whipped cream (from aerosol).

Directions

  1. Bring half a liter of water to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Beat the pudding powder through the water until everything is dissolved.
  2. Grease the molds with the brush thinly with oil.
  3. Let the fruit drain well in the sieve. Keep some pieces of fruit separate to decorate the puddinks. Cut the rest of the fruit into small pieces and stir it through the pudding mixture. Pour the pudding mixture into the molds.
  4. Leave the puddies in the fridge for about 2 hours to make them firm.
  5. Loosen each pudding with a knife along the sides of the mold, put a plate on it, turn it over and shake gently. This way the puddink comes loose and sinks on the plate. Decorate the puddons with lots of whipped cream, some pieces of fruit (and possibly a parasol).
