Tuna balls


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, pine nuts (bag a 65 g), tuna ((frozen), thawed), lemon (scrubbed), red pepper (finely chopped), cumin (powder), flour, parsley (finely chopped) and olive oil .

Directions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until they turn light brown.
  2. Finely chop the pine nuts.
  3. Dab the tuna well and cut the tuna into small cubes.
  4. Grate the yellow skin of the half lemon and squeeze out the lemon.
  5. Spoon the lemon zest and juice with the red pepper, cumin powder, pine nuts, flour and parsley through the tuna cubes.
  6. Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  7. Turn balls of the tuna mixture with moist hands.
  8. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the tuna balls over a minute and a half on a high heat until golden brown.
  9. Tasty with a yoghurt dip, seasoned with finely chopped parsley, salt and (freshly ground) pepper..
