Mussels with pine spice sauce


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, garlic, pine nuts (a 50 g), white pepper, sugar, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill and fresh parsley.

Directions

  1. Wash mussels well under cold running water.
  2. Broken specimens and mussels that do not close even after a big tap on the counter.

  13. 4 to 5 tablespoons of mussel casserole until a thick liquid sauce.
  14. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  15. If necessary, add more cooking liquid.
  16. Dill and parsley finely.
  17. Approx.
  18. 1/2 tablespoon sauce over each mussel in shell.
  19. Sprinkle with dill and parsley..
