A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: portobello mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, salt, (freshly ground) pepper and parsley.

Directions

  1. Brush out portobello's and cut into strips.
  2. Halving bars.
  3. Peel garlic and crush with knife.
  4. Heat oil in pan and gently bake garlic.
  5. Add mushrooms and fry in about 4 minutes.
  6. Remove garlic.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Parsley above it..
