Artichoke-basil mousse with parma ham
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, marinated artichoke hearts (a 285 g), fresh basil (a 15 g), salt and freshly ground black pepper and Parma ham (meat products).

Mix artichoke hearts together with 8 leaves of basil in food processor or with hand blender.

If necessary, add extra oil from a jar to make mousse smoother.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut 4 thin strips of Parma ham.

Lay the ham strips across the spoons.

Create a nice mountain of artichoke mousse on ham.

Cut strips of ham over mousse.

Garnish with small leaves of basil.

Nice with a glass of champagne..
