Bubbling balls of goat's cheese
Goat cheese balls with paprika, chives, crème fraîche and pine nuts.
Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without butter or oil until golden brown. Allow to cool on a chopping board and chop coarsely.
Sprinkle the paprika on a saucer. Cut the chives and place on a different saucer.
Remove the crust from the goat's cheese. Cut the goat's cheese into pieces and mix with a fork through the crème fraîche. Season with pepper.
Roll small balls of the goat's cheese mixture between 2 hands. Divide into 3 portions.
Roll each portion respectively with the paprika, chives and pine nuts to create 3 different color balls.
Stick a cocktail stick in each ball.
