Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scary under running cold water, peel and halve them.

Scoop out the egg yolk and put in a high cup with the mayonnaise, cottage cheese and tabasco.

Puree with the hand blender. Season with pepper and salt.

Put the filling in a piping bag and fill the eggs with it. Sprinkle with some smoked paprika and garnish with parsley.
