Hennuts stuffed with mayonnaise, cottage cheese, smoked paprika powder and parsley.

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scary under running cold water, peel and halve them.
  2. Scoop out the egg yolk and put in a high cup with the mayonnaise, cottage cheese and tabasco.
  3. Puree with the hand blender. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Put the filling in a piping bag and fill the eggs with it. Sprinkle with some smoked paprika and garnish with parsley.
