Herring skewers with beetroot tapenade
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, boiled beetroot (bowl 3-4 pieces), black olive kernel, extra virgin olive oil, red onion (finely chopped), capers, fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), lemon juice, herring ( = 4 fillets) and Amsterdam onions (pot).

Burn beets above scale.

Chop up the olives and scoop them with oil, onion, capers and parsley.

Tapenade to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper and let stand for at least 15 minutes.

Cut herring fillet into 3 strips lengthwise.

Roll up bars and alternate with 4 onions on satéstick.

So make 3 more skewers.

Place each skewer on a plate and place a bowl with beetroot tapenade next to it..
