Vegetable chips with homemade Gooische dip of sweet chili sauce, coriander and crème fraîche.

Spoon the crème fraîche on a plate or in a shallow dish.

Drizzle with the chilli sauce and mix a little bit, make sure you do not mix them completely.

Cut the coriander roughly and sprinkle over it. Serve the vegetable chips in a bowl with the dip.
