Spicy prawns with saffron mayonnaise
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns (frozen, 500 g), garlic (finely chopped), red pepper ((without seeds), finely chopped), olive oil, lemon (pressed), saffron, drogeherry, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper.

Shrimps slowly defrost in refrigerator or faster, according to directions on packaging. In a food processor or in a high bowl with hand blender 1 clove of garlic, red pepper, oil and 3 tbsp lemon juice until smooth marinade. Shrimp prawns, cut to the back and remove black stripes. Shrimp the shrimps with marinade and leave them to cook for approx. 2 hours in a refrigerator. Sour saffron threads in weeks. Stir in mayonnaise and the remaining garlic. Dip the sauce with a few drops of lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

Take prawns from the marinade and in a dry frying pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Serve warm with saffron mayonnaise.
