Crispy crostini with turnip greens, pine nuts and lemon.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the bread caps and the rest in 20 slices. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Put the oil in a bowl, press the garlic above it and stir. Brush the slices of bread with the garlic oil.
Fry the crostinis in the middle of the oven in approx. 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out half a fruit. Grate the cheese and cut the turnip tops coarsely.
Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the turnipers 2 min.
Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the pine nuts, cheese and lemon zest and juice. Season with pepper and salt.
Divide the turnip mixture over the crostinis and serve.
