Rash caesar salad with tuna-mayo sauce


Snack of tuna, cherry tomatoes and chicken fillet in lettuce leaves.

Directions

  1. Remove 20 leaves from the lettuce and place them as trays on a large scale. Put the tuna with the oil in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes of 1/2 x 1/2 cm (brunoise). Mix with the mayonnaise, pepper and salt with the tuna.
  3. Spoon 2 tuna mayonnaise on each salad leaf and garnish with some wedges of tomato.
