A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, (olive) oil, lemon juice, garlic chives (finely chopped), capers, cooked beet (cleaned), light rye bread, mayonnaise and smoked salmon cubes (100 g).

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat the oil and the lemon juice into a dressing.
  2. In a different bowl, mix the chives, the capers and ½ el dressing.
  3. Cut the beet into 8 slices and cut out 8 rounds with a protrusion.
  4. Place the slices in the lemon dressing.
  5. Cut the slices of rye bread in four and brush thinly with the mayonnaise.
  6. Divide the slices of beet and the salmon cubes.
  7. Spoon the chive mixture on it..
