Rye bread with beet and salmon
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, (olive) oil, lemon juice, garlic chives (finely chopped), capers, cooked beet (cleaned), light rye bread, mayonnaise and smoked salmon cubes (100 g).

In a bowl, beat the oil and the lemon juice into a dressing.

In a different bowl, mix the chives, the capers and ½ el dressing.

Cut the beet into 8 slices and cut out 8 rounds with a protrusion.

Place the slices in the lemon dressing.

Cut the slices of rye bread in four and brush thinly with the mayonnaise.

Divide the slices of beet and the salmon cubes.
-
Spoon the chive mixture on it..
