Gratinated mussels with old cheese
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels ((large), cleaned), old white bread, garlic (peeled), parsley, soft butter, old cheese (grated) and salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Place mussels in a large pan.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of water.

Cover mussels covered on high heat for about 5-8 minutes until shells open.

Draining mussels and taking out shells.

Put back each mussel in one shell half.

Place shells next to each other on baking tray.

Mince bread, garlic and parsley in a food processor.

Mix in butter and cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread butter mixture over mussels.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Bake the baking plate about 10 cm under the hot grill and gratin mussels in approx.
