Oysters poached in their own liquid


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, oysters (with oyster knife packaged), ice cubes, fresh dill ((bag a 15 g), finely chopped) and freshly ground pepper.

Directions

  1. Baste oysters with a convex side down between the double cloth and stick the oyster knife on the thick side between shells.
  2. Guide the oyster gently back and forth until the sphincter is cut.
  3. Open the oyster with the flat side upwards and cut the sphincter at the bottom of the oyster, so that the oyster is loosely in the shell.
  4. Collect oyster moisture.
  5. Take oysters out of shell.
  6. Feed the oyster fish through the clean tea towel and collect it in a small pan.
  7. Urge oyster heat (must not boil).
  8. Half of oysters 30 sec.
  9. place in moisture and remove moisture from the skimmer.
  10. Prepare the rest of oysters in the same way.
  11. Oysterfish once again by seven.
  12. Mix ice cubes in (clean) tea towel and crush ice with rolling pin or hammer.
  13. Put ice cream on a scale.
  14. Press the bottom of oyster shells into ice, place oysters in them and carefully spoon over oyster.
  15. Sprinkle dill and pepper over it.
  16. Delicious with champagne..
