Scones with sunflower seeds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: wholemeal flour, baking powder, sunflower seeds, cumin cheese (grated), sunflower oil and buttermilk.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Wholemeal flour, 1/2 tsp salt, baking powder and half of sunflower seeds in bowl stir together.

Store 2 tablespoons of cheese, leave remaining mixture.

Whole with oil and buttermilk (1 tableskeeper) to knead into firm dough.

Roll out the dough onto a work surface covered with flour to form a piece of cloth measuring 2 cm thick.

Glass out dough with glass.

Sprinkle the rest of sunflower seeds on a plate.

Moisten scones with some buttermilk and then press in both sunflower seeds with both sides.

Place the scones on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread the rest of the cheese on it.

Scones in the middle of oven in 20 min.
-
Brown slightly.

Remove the scones from the oven and allow to cool on the grid..
