Scones with sunflower seeds


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: wholemeal flour, baking powder, sunflower seeds, cumin cheese (grated), sunflower oil and buttermilk.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Wholemeal flour, 1/2 tsp salt, baking powder and half of sunflower seeds in bowl stir together.
  3. Store 2 tablespoons of cheese, leave remaining mixture.
  4. Whole with oil and buttermilk (1 tableskeeper) to knead into firm dough.
  5. Roll out the dough onto a work surface covered with flour to form a piece of cloth measuring 2 cm thick.
  6. Glass out dough with glass.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of sunflower seeds on a plate.
  8. Moisten scones with some buttermilk and then press in both sunflower seeds with both sides.
  9. Place the scones on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread the rest of the cheese on it.
  10. Scones in the middle of oven in 20 min.
  11. Brown slightly.
  12. Remove the scones from the oven and allow to cool on the grid..
