Amuse with potato


A tasty French recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes ((solid boiling), diameter approx. 4 cm), Indian curry paste (madras (pot)), oil, goat cheese (chevre), smoked salmon fillet and chives.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 6 slices of about 1/2 cm.
  2. Potato slices cook for approx.
  3. 3 minutes.
  4. Remove scraps from water, drain and dry on kitchen paper.
  5. In a bowl mix potato slices with curry paste and oil.
  6. Then heat frying pan, add potato curry slices and cook until not too high in about 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Remove slices from pan on kitchen paper and sprinkle immediately with salt and pepper.
  8. Allow the slices to cool and distribute on plates.
  9. Cut cheese into slices.
  10. Place cheese slices on potato slices.
  11. Divide salmon into slices and lay on goat's cheese.
  12. Decorate amuses with chive sprouts..
