Asparagus hammocks
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, asparagus tips (à 100 g), mayonnaise, Zaanse mustard, milk, cooked ham cubes, salt and pepper and salad / ragoutcups (20 pieces).

Cut asparagus tips into 1/2 cm pieces and place in colander.

Bring water to the boil in a saucepan or kettle and pour over asparagus tips.

In a bowl stir up mayonnaise, mustard and milk.

Remove ham cubes (1 tablespoon for garnish) very finely and create mustard mayonnaise.

In each cup, make 1 teaspoon mustard / ham mayonaise.

Place asparagus pieces on top.
