A tasty recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (seasoned (piri piri or Italian)), sour cream and dried tomatoes (tapenade).

Directions

  1. Cut chicken strips lengthwise into 2 strips. Zigzag bars stick on 12 to 16 soaked satay sticks. In a bowl of sour cream with tapenade and to taste pepper stir together. Skewers and sauce until use, covered, store in refrigerator.
  2. Skewers on well greased grill topper on each side for 4 to 5 min. Grilling.
