Cutting crust of cheese and grating cheese.
Mix in flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk drizzle for drizzle with stirring.
Add eggs one by one while stirring.
Stir brandy through batter.
Mix 200 g cheese through the batter.
heat small pancake pan and grease with oil with a brush.
Cook small pancakes in 5 to 8 minutes and bake until golden brown, halfway through.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve with butter if necessary..
