Superbowl of snack vegetables with bagna cauda dip
Snack snack, cauliflower, pepper and radish with a dip of garlic and anchovies.

Divide the cauliflower into florets. Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists. Cut the snack cucumbers into quarters.

Remove the green from the radishes and wash them.

Pour the oil from the anchovies. This is not used. Put the anchovies with the olive oil and garlic in the cup of the hand blender and grind.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the anchovy mixture while stirring. Heat for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove from the heat and put in a bowl.

Divide the snack vegetables over the bowls and serve the warm dip in a bowl.
