Avocado cream with salmon cubes and crayfish
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, avocados, lime (pressed), yoghurt mayonnaise, crayfish (100 g), smoked salmon cubes (100 g) and chives ((from plant or bag) finely chopped).
Peel avocados, remove the seeds and sprinkle the pulp with lime juice.
Mix the avocado with yogurt mayonnaise into a smooth mixture using a hand blender or in a food processor.
Season with salt, pepper and possibly extra lime juice.
Crayfish coarsely chop and mix in bowl with salmon cubes, chives, leftover lime juice and pepper to taste.
Spread the Avocado Cream over eight small glasses.
Prepare salmon mixture and add teaspoon to each glass.
Delicious with triangles of toast or with melba toast..
