Miniclubs with chicken
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, coppa di Parma, chicken fillets (a la minute), hot curry powder, ciabatta (in 18 slices), mango chutney, little gem (lettuce), mayonnaise, cucumber (in slices) and cherry tomatoes.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and bake the slices of coppa crispy. Put them on a piece of kitchen paper.

Cut each chicken fillet into 3 pieces and sprinkle with hot curry powder and salt. Roast the pieces of chicken in the frying pan for about 3 minutes until done. Turn them regularly.

Brush 6 slices of bread with mango chutney, lay a leaf of lettuce and a piece of chicken. Brush 6 slices of bread with mayonnaise and place on the chicken. Then place the slices of coppa and the slices of cucumber. Cover the piles with the last slices of bread.

Stick the cherry to the skewers and put a stick in each pile.
