Crostini with fried mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the baguette diagonally into thin slices of 1½ cm thick and put them on the baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and toast the slices of bread in 10-15 minutes until they are dry and golden brown. Turn them halfway through the baking time. Allow the crostini to cool slightly.

Cut the mushrooms and shiitakes into thin slices. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms and shiitakes while transferring brown, let the moisture evaporate. Sprinkle the lemon juice over it and scoop the oregano with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Cut the kumquats each in quarter lengthwise. Brush the slices with cream cheese and scoop the mushroom mixture on top. Garnish with a piece of kumquats and fresh oregano leaves.
