Zucchini wraps with pulled tuna

Saute the courgette with a peeler or cheese slicer in 8 wide and thin slices. Sprinkle the slices with salt and leave them for 15 minutes.

Drain the tuna and pluck it into small pieces. Chop the capers and the olives. Mix the tuna in a bowl lightly with capers, parsley and olives.

Dab the slices of zucchini dry with kitchen paper. Place a leaf of basil on one end of a slice of zucchini. Add some tuna salad and roll the zucchini around the tuna. Stick with a cocktail stick.

Make rolls of the rest of the zucchini slices, basil leaves and tuna salad.
