Chicory salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: chicory, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, coarse mustard, liquid (honey), white cheese cubes (50 (250 g), diced), seedless (red grapes (a 500 g) and halved).

Cut the bottom of the stalk chicory, remove the hard core and wash the leaves. Cut the leaves lengthwise into strips of approx. 1 cm. Mix the oil with the vinegar, mustard and honey to a smooth dressing. Season with pepper. Put the dressing in a large bowl and spoon the chicory through it loosely. Then scoop the cheese and the grapes.

The dressing can be made a day in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Make the salad just before serving.
