Cook the garden peas for 5 minutes.

Puree with the hand blender into a coarse puree.

Season with the tabasco, pepper and salt.

Stir in the chives through the puree.

Scrape the cheese with a cheese slicer.

Serve on a toast and garnish with a cheese flinter..
