Crostini with grilled leeks and pancetta
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, leeks (without green), olive oil, pancetta, parsley (coarsely chopped) and crostini (see tip).
Halve the leeks but leave the carrot end. Wash out the sand and cook in a pan with plenty of water and salt in 6 minutes until al dente. Let the leeks drain well in a colander.
Heat the grill pan. Scoop the oil and leek together and place the leeks in the grill pan. Grill the leeks around nicely golden brown. Cut the leeks into pieces of 5 cm long.
Grill the slices of pancetta in the grill until golden brown and crispy.
Put a slice of pancetta on each crostino and put some pieces of leek on it. Sprinkle the parsley over the leeks and add some pepper.
