Shrimp and sushi rice in lettuce leaf
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, sushi rice, little gem (lettuce, packed per 2), red pepper (in thin strips), sunflower oil and Dutch shrimps.

Prepare the sushi rice according to the instructions. Loosen and wash 12 leaves of lettuce. In small bowl, stir in red pepper with oil.

Lay rice on each lettuce tray. Divide the shrimps over them and drip a little bit of pepper oil over them. Fold up salads and serve immediately.
