Slaloempia's with shrimp-meat filling
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, half-to-half-minced, red noodles, red pepper, spring onions, fresh coriander (à 15 g), pink shrimp (125 g), salt and pepper, lettuce and red chili sauce (bottle).

Chopped free baking in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Mince the mince with skimmer on the plate and let it cool down.

In the meantime, bring water to the boil in pan 4 dl.

On the center of each lettuce tray, spoon 1 tablespoon of shrimp filling, fold up sides of lettuce leaf to fold filling and roll up lettuce leaf to spring roll.

Stick with cocktail sticks.
