Crostini with tuna and radish
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, radish (with nice fresh green), tuna on oil (185 g), mayonnaise, capers, baguette, olive oil and ice (cubes).

Wash the radish, remove the green and find the nice little leaves for the garnish. Fill a container with water and a few ice cubes. Place the radishes and selected leaves for 10 minutes in this ice water. Dab the radishes dry and cut into slices and then into strips.

Pour the oil from the tuna (keep it for a salad). Make the tuna with a fork as fine as possible and mix in the mayonnaise and the capers. Mix salt to taste.

Cut the baguette into 16 slices and brush lightly with oil. Heat the grill pan and toast the slices of bread in a few minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Brush the crostini with the tuna mayonnaise and put a tl radish strips on top. Place the crostini on a plate. Dab the radish leaves with paper towels dry and sprinkle over the crostini. Serve immediately.
