Mussel Appetizer
A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: fish, fresh sea mussels (2 kg), bacon (slices, 100 g), curry powder, mustard mayonnaise (dijonaise, pot of a 210 g), fresh chives ((25 g) and finely chopped).

Wash the mussels under a running tap; discard broken and opened ones (which do not close after a tap on the counter).

Take the mussels out of the shells.

Cut the slices of bacon in half.

Stir the curry powder through the dijonaise, season with (freshly ground) pepper and brush the mussels with it.

Wrap around each mussel a slice of bacon and fix with a cocktail stick.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.

Fry the bacon mussels crispy and brown on all sides.

Put them in a bowl and sprinkle with chives..
