Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the tomatoes in four and remove the seeds. Dab the wedges dry with kitchen paper and cut into very small blocks. Finely chop the basil. Mix the tomato cubes in a bowl with basil, olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
-
Spread the tortillas and cover them in the middle with slices of ham. In the middle, create a stripe of tomato salad. Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
-
Remove the foil and cut the wraps into 2 cm wide pieces. Put them upright and garnish with pieces of mozzarella.
