Crabcakes
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, crab ((a 170 g),), butter, flour, milk, lemon (pressed), breadcrumbs, fresh coriander ((15 g), leaf chopped), sunflower oil and chili sauce.

Drain the crab. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add 20 g of flour and stir for 2 min on low heat until an even mass is formed. Pour in the milk and keep stirring until the whole is bound. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the crab, 1 tbsp lemon juice, the breadcrumbs and half of the coriander. Season with salt and pepper.

Form 12 flat crab cakes from the mixture with moist hands. Sprinkle a plate with the rest of the flour and roll the cookies through. Beat the excess flour off.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cookies in 2-3 min. Golden brown and crispy. Turn halfway. Drain on kitchen paper.

Mix the chili sauce with 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice and the rest of the coriander. Serve the crab cakes with the chili sauce.
