Ingredients
- 165 g sweet and sour cocktail mix in pot
- 2 el fresh chives container of 25 g
- 3 el mayonnaise
- 1 el coarse Zaanse mustard
- Tl crushed yellow root (turmeric) grinded
- 150 g calf liver sausage
- 210 g beef sausage
- 300 g old cheese broken
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 12 silver onion pot of 340 g
- 16 onions pot of 340 g
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Cut the cocktail mix vegetables coarsely or grind them coarsely in the food processor.

Slice the chives. Mix the pickles in a bowl with the mayonnaise, mustard, yellow root and chives.

Cut the veal liver sausage and beef sausage into slices with a sharp knife.

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Prick a tomato on each slice of veal liver sausage with a cocktail stick, on the beef sausage a silver onion and on the cheese an Amsterdam outing.

Serve the snacks with the tabletop dip.
