Piroschki with smoked salmon


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, puff pastry (frozen), eggs (1 egg split), shallots, fresh dill and smoked salmon fillets (about 150 g).

Directions

  1. Puff pastry in about 10 minutes to defrost.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4.
  3. Boil the whole egg in approx.
  4. 10 minutes, rinse under cold water, peel and finely chop.
  5. Chop and finely chop the shallots.
  6. Dill finely.
  7. Cut salmon into cubes and mix with egg, shallot and dill.
  8. Break egg yolk from the split egg (egg white is not used).
  9. Spread the dough slices and cover with egg.
  10. Spread the salmon mixture in the middle of dough slices.
  11. Fold up dough and press edge with fork.
  12. Cover the top with egg yolk and bake for approx.
  13. 20 minutes..
