Skewer artichoke and raw ham


A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, baguette (artisanal multigrain bread), olive oil, garlic, serrano ham (about 80 g), marinated artichoke hearts ((190 g), drained) and green olives (pot 240 g).

Directions

  1. Cut 12 slanted slices of baguette. Brush them with oil on both sides. Heat the grill pan and grill the slices for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the slices with it.
  2. Cut the slices of ham in half lengthwise. Cut the artichoke hearts into pieces. Divide the ham over the sandwiches and place a piece of artichoke on each slice. Place 2 olives on each stick and insert into the pinchos.
