Grilled oysters
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, breakfast bacon (in wafer thin strips), butter (at room temperature), fresh chives (chopped), coarse salt and oysters.

Bake in a small frying pan with non-stick coating the breakfast bacon with stirring until golden brown and crispy. Spoon the bacon on a plate and let it cool slightly. Stir the butter in a bowl and stir in the chives, the bacon and salt and pepper.

Heat the grill from the oven and sprinkle half of the sea salt on a baking tin. Open the oysters with the help of an oyster knife. Pour the moisture from the oysters, loosen the oysters at the sphincter and put them back in the convex side of the shell. Remove any small pieces of shell.

Place the oysters in the salt on the baking tray. Divide the butter over the oysters. Place the baking sheet 15 cm under the grill in the oven and grill the oysters for 3 minutes until the butter is hot.

Divide the remaining sea salt over 4 small plates, place the oysters in the salt and serve immediately.
