Rye bread with dutch new
Herring, capers and potato salad on rye bread.
Cut the spring onion into wafer-thin rings. Cut the herring into small cubes.
Mix the spring onions and herring together with the capers by the potato salad.
Cut the slices of rye bread in half. Divide the herring salad over the rye bread rolls. Garnish with the cress.
