A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: puff pastry (frozen, 10 slices), apple, pear, lemon juice, apple-pear syrup, raisins, cinnamon powder and sugar.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ºC or gas oven setting 5. Place the baking paper on the baking tray. Let the slices of puff pastry thaw (that takes about 10 minutes). The skins may not participate, so peel the apple and the pear. Cut them in four and cut out the cores. Cut the quarters apple and pear into pieces and put them in a bowl.
  2. A little lemon juice about it, the fruit stays nice. Put apple-pear syrup, raisins and cinnamon through. The filling for the fis finished! .
  3. On each slice of dough you scoop some filling in the middle. Spread a tiny amount of water on the edge of such a slice. Fold the slices into a triangle. Press the edges well with the tines of a fork (that will be nice knurled edges). Sprinkle sugar over the 10 flaps and put them on the baking sheet. They can now enter the oven.
  4. Slide the baking sheet in the middle of the oven. In 20 minutes you fry the slices crispy and brown. Remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray. Lukewarm they are tasty and completely cooled they are also tasty. Always nice! .
