Temaki sushi
A nice Japanese recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, celery, roast beef (meat products), watercress (à 75 g), cocktail shrimp (125 g), nori-skins, wasabi paste (tube 45 g) and Japanese soy sauce .

Cook sushi rice according to instructions. In a bowl stir rice vinegar, sugar and salt together. Throwing with spatula rice sprinkling with vinegar mixture. Allow rice to cool completely. Peel celery with peeler, cut into pieces of about 5 cm and cut into thin strips. Roast beef cut into strips. Picking leaves of watercress from sprigs. Remove tail from 10 cocktail shrimp.

Sprinkle out Nori-sheets and distribute diagonal 'strips' of rice, keeping the edges free. Cover edges with wasabi paste. On 5 nori-sheets each 3 cocktail shrimps (each 1 shrimp with tail up) and strips of celery. Place on other 5 sheets strips of roast beef and leaves of watercress. Roll up Nori skins into horns, filling may protrude on one side. Laying to scale. Add soy sauce as a dipping sauce to the dish. Serve immediately.
