Mini pepper with goat cheese and rucola makers
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: arugula (or garden cress) and fresh goat's cheese with honey.

Cut the top and the tip of the peppers. Cut the arugula small or cut the cress loose. Stir the goat's cheese with the wine.

Mix half of the rocket through the goat's cheese. Season with pepper.

Fill the peppers with a goat's cheese mixture with a teaspoon and press the filling.

Cut the peppers into slices with a sharp knife and place them next to each other on a scale. Sprinkle the rest of the arugula over it.
