Steamed salmon flakes

A tasty French recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, medium-sized egg, traditional olive oil, fresh salmon and Sauvignon blanc white wine (or another white wine).

Directions

  1. Split the egg (protein is not used). Prepare the pancake batter according to the instructions on the packaging with the milk and the egg yolk.
  2. Heat in 2 frying pans with non-stick coating each ½ tbsp of the oil. Pour 1/4 of the batter into each pan. Bake the pancakes in 3 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.
  3. Bake 2 more pancakes.
  4. Cut the dill finely, leaving 2 sprigs for garnishing. Cut the salmon into strips and then finely grind in the food processor.
  5. Pour in the cream and mix into a smooth, spreadable mixture. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Spread each flange with some salmon. Sprinkle with the chopped dill and roll up.
  7. Slowly bring the water with the bouillon tablet to a boil in a steamer. Lay the flange separately in the steamer and cook until done in approx. 7 min.
  8. Meanwhile, bring the wine and the whipped cream to a boil in a pan and boil for 3 minutes. Add the mustard, stir and remove the sauce from the heat.
  9. Cut each flange into 6 slanted slices. Divide the slices over plates, garnish with the sprigs of dill and serve the mustard sauce.
