Frittata dogs with Dutch shrimp


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, spring onions, eggs, whole milk, salt, pepper, (Dutch) shrimp (100 g), (olive) oil, fresh fish sauce 'cocktail' (150 ml AH Home Roster) and fresh chives (à 20 g).

Directions

  1. Clean the forest onions and cut into slanted pieces of approx. 3 cm. In bowl, beat eggs with milk, generous salt and pepper. Heat oil in frying pan and bake for approx. 2 minutes. Fry the spring onions evenly over pan and add egg mixture. Turn the fire low and let egg solidify in approx. 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the grill to the highest setting. When egg is almost solidified, place pan just under hot grill. Let omelette turn golden brown in approx. 3 minutes. Let the omelette slide out of the pan onto the board and stick out around 16 nice rounds of frittata with a cut-out or glass.
  2. Divide shrimps over frittata dogs and add some fish sauce. Decorate snacks with sprigs of chives.
