This is a Roman snack that can be prepared quickly and that will appeal to guests who have unexpectedly been whipped at any time of the day or evening.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut pieces of bread 3 x 3 cm and pieces of mozzarella of the same size. Break a few anchovy fillets into pieces.

Cross pieces of bread and mozzarella on the skewers and baste a piece of anchovies between each piece of bread and mozzarella. Bread must be on the ends.

Place the baking paper on the baking sheet and brush with some oil. Put the skewers on the baking sheet and put in the oven until the mozzarella melts. This takes approx. 6 min.
